Most packages that are under 2lbs., we charge a
flat rate of $5.95USD. For packages over 2lbs. there
are nominal price increases at various increments
depending upon the weight, size and dimension of
package being shipped.
No Refunds - Exchanges Only
Will gayly exchange any defective merchandise. The
item must be returned in its original condition within
10 days of receipt. Shipping cost for returned items
is the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 7-14 days for custom embroidery work.
Purchasing Information
On-line transactions are linked to the PayPal purchasing system. If you have a PayPal account, you will be asked for your account login information and the purchase will proceed using your PayPal account.
You do not have to have a PayPal account, however, to make online purchases. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay on-line using a major credit card. Just choose the credit card purchase option in the check-out and follow the screen prompts.
